Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Solutions Designer to join our team. As an AI Solutions Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape your career in a collaborative environment, supported by a community of colleagues from around the world.

The role involves designing and implementing scalable Generative AI solutions across cloud platforms, leveraging native services and OpenAI/Anthropic models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering strategies to optimize knowledge retrieval.
  • Lead integration efforts with enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and ITSM platforms.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams to ensure secure, compliant, and performant AI deployments.
  • Define and enforce best practices for model governance, data privacy, and responsible AI.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools for LLMOps, observability, and cost optimization.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in architecting and deploying Generative AI solutions in cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), embedding models, vector search, and RAG architectures.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI with enterprise systems.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Kendra, Google Vertex AI.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Haystack, or similar frameworks.
