Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for our organisation's IT systems and infrastructure
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IT issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff or external vendors as needed
  • Develop and maintain specialist knowledge and skills in focused areas, including SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, and other key Microsoft server technologies
  • Negotiate timeframes for solution implementation with users and update users on progress during problem resolution
  • Identify areas for process improvement and escalate to relevant parties within the organisation
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or certifications in IT-related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of IT support experience
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, and other key Microsoft server technologies
  • Broad understanding of common desktop applications, systems administration, and network engineering
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
