Description:

At Suir Engineering, we are seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Ireland. As Regional Human Resources Specialist - Limerick, you will support our Operations & Distribution teams in the South/West of Ireland, working closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our organisational goals and values.

Your key responsibilities will include providing support and guidance to leaders across multiple regional locations, proactively planning for HR initiatives to support employee engagement, recruitment, and retention, and leading the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for all regional locations. You will also be responsible for maintaining and analysing data and insights from HR systems, developing and updating HR policies and procedures as necessary, and supporting various reports and projects.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 3-5 years' experience as an HR Generalist or HR Partner, ideally within a similar fast-paced environment. You should have a relevant HR-related 3rd-level qualification and/or CIPD certification, proven ER/IR experience, and excellent organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure. Strong attention to detail, flexibility with working hours, and travel across Ireland to various operational sites are also essential.
