Aerospace Systems Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to ensure the highly successful operation of avionics workshops by performing bench repairs down to component level of electronic and/or electromechanical equipment to industries' highest quality standards. This involves efficiently and economically completing all work while maintaining high levels of product safety for customers with a strong focus on quality and adherence to regulatory compliance in all activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent repair and test services, open communication, continuous improvement, and effective completion of required administration tasks.
- Comply with all guidelines and policies, ensuring profitable operations in both contract and non-contract servicing.
- Maintain knowledge of company procedures, Quality Manual, and specific workshop guidelines.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of site quality, safety management, and EH&S policies, bringing forward any identified risks for resolution.
- Possession of a Certificate IV Aeroskills (Avionics) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in component level repairs on electronic and electro-mechanical aeronautical products including soldering, testing, replacing, and fault-finding.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to complete technical service reports and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems, working in a team environment and communicating with peers and customers.
