Building Services Manager

This role oversees the provision of building services at a correctional facility. The ideal candidate will manage a team to ensure that all services are delivered in compliance with contractual requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and end users.
- Ensure the successful delivery of all building services in accordance with KPI and PPM standards.
- Understand contracts, KPIs, and PPM requirements to minimize abatement risks.
- Deliver services safely and effectively, minimizing disruptions to end users.
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in building maintenance.
- Experience in fast-paced environments.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in complex building services settings.
- Financial acumen.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and comply with contracts and contractual obligations.
- Knowledge of Australian standards in building and commercial maintenance.
- Experience with Australian and state-based HSE legislation and compliance.
