About You

  1. Degree qualified in a relevant marketing or business-related discipline.
  2. Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector.
  3. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or similar in the food or pharma sectors.
  4. Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration experience.
  5. Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  7. Solid communication and rapport-building skills.
  8. Strong experience of NPD process, particularly project management.
  9. Experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
  10. Proven experience in development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies and product launches.
  11. Experience and involvement with trade shows and all it entails.
  12. A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive growth.
  13. Passionate about your portfolio.
  14. A 'can-do' attitude with the ability to 'think outside the box' and differentiate your brand from competitors.
  15. Sound PC skills and intermediate skills in Microsoft applications.
