About the Role

Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers, serving as a technical authority and driving standards for platform decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and document the technical roadmap, guiding the team's scaling and growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, fostering open communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in architectural decision-making, driving solutions that enhance developer experience and operational scalability.
  • Advocate for advanced testing methodologies and CI/CD practices, ensuring high-quality solutions and excellent performance.


Requirements

10+ years of software development experience, including significant time in a leadership or principal role.

Deep expertise in SaaS platforms across multiple domains or problem spaces.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
