At the core of our engineering organization lies a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact. We are seeking a visionary leader who can drive technical excellence and innovation across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and improve consistency and integration between services within your team's software and across domains.
  • Influence your team's technical and business strategy by providing insightful contributions to team priorities and approach.
  • Take the lead in identifying and solving architecture deficiencies or areas where your team's software bottlenecks the innovation of other teams.
  • Lead design reviews for your team and actively participate in design reviews of related software or other team software.
  • Heavily influence the design and write a significant portion of critical-path code for proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate daily with your team through pair/mob programming, discovery workshops, technical spikes, katas, and code reviews.
  • Ensure high standards in engineering practices across all domains (quality, reliability, scalability, customer focus, etc.).
  • Apply agile methodologies, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices to deliver incremental and continuous business value.
  • Continuously improve your craft by applying software engineering best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Mentor and grow other engineers on the team through coaching and group exercises.

As a successful candidate, you will have helped build great products while ensuring engineering excellence. You will possess a growth engineering leadership mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring junior engineers. Your experience in large-scale solution design and implementation, delivering high business value, is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in designing and building complex data models that accurately represent organizational data requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Experience in designing and building data pipelines using tools like SQL, Python, Spark, Kafka, etc., for efficient data extraction and loading processes is also highly valuable.
