Job Title: Technical Visionary

About the Role

The Technical Visionary is a high-level technical leader responsible for defining and owning the strategic direction of the platform. This individual will craft a robust, scalable, and intuitive platform that aligns with business objectives and positions the company at the forefront of technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define platform architecture and ensure it is aligned with business goals.
  • Establish standards and best practices for platform service consumption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable evolution of the platform.
  • Guide squads on system design, delivery, and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in software development, system design, and technical leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in cloud-based architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Experience in incident management, platform reliability, and operational best practices.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
