Career Opportunity for Trainee Community Workers

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Trainee Community Worker.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in their community, have a current ACT driver's licence, and a reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance.

As a Trainee Community Support Worker, you will visit clients in their homes and provide services such as domestic assistance, shopping, meal preparation, transportation, and more.

No experience is required, we offer training in Certificate III in Individual Support, and you will be paid to attend buddy shifts, regular shifts, and training days.

Our organisation values reliability, a great attitude, and willingness to learn and work. We offer flexible working conditions, including hours from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
