As part of our expert team, you will have the opportunity to design and implement advanced Gen AI models and pipelines using LLMs, GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions, leading technical discussions, and mentoring junior engineers in best practices for Gen AI development.

In addition, you will contribute to the development of reusable components, templates, and cookbooks for internal Gen AI use cases and ensure responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and privacy guardrails.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with full-stack development
  • Hands-on experience with AI tech stack including AWS Cloud, EKS / ECS, Bedrock, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, SageMaker
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver Gen AI solutions at scale in production environments
  • Experience with agent-based architectures and multi-agent orchestration
  • Experience delivering solutions in a banking environment
  • Experience in fraud detection, customer personalisation, or conversational AI is a plus
