Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of custodial operations. You will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of custodial workers to deliver security and emergency services across the correctional system.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safe and secure custody of offenders, as well as providing support to other units within the prison. You will work closely with other teams to optimize workplace productivity and promote a culture of excellence.

You will also be required to contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a custodial or security environment
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g. corrections, security, law enforcement)
