About the Role

We seek an experienced and strategic leader to manage a major campus development project in Cairns.

The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and completion, while operating in a client-side capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership of stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract administration, and risk management
  • Cordination of consultants, contractors, and internal teams for safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex infrastructure projects with significant budgets
  • Proven ability to work with various stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
  • Solid knowledge of project management frameworks, including scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of legislative requirements, including Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards, and local authority regulations
