We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate leader to take on the role of Centre Director at our new service in Kew.

About Our Service:

  • Our two-storey, 84-place centre provides a nurturing environment for children from 6 weeks to five years old across six rooms and four outdoor play areas.
  • A supportive management team is available to guide your career development and provide mentorship opportunities.
  • The centre is conveniently located near tram stops, offering easy access for all staff members.
  • We utilise the Story Park platform to communicate with families about their child's development and encourage active participation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for providing guidance, leadership, and mentorship to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
  • You will have a vision to support local families and children by mentoring and leading your team to excellence.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar leadership role is required, along with a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Availability to work five days a week is essential, as is a valid Working with Children Check and a current First Aid Certificate.
  • You will also need to demonstrate a deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS frameworks to ensure quality outcomes for children.
