Key Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Leader to join our high volume environment. The role involves managing store operations and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a dynamic opportunity for you to develop your career in a hospitality group. As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day efficiency and working effectively with the team to provide excellent customer service.

  • A proven track record of previous barista experience is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • A high level of personal presentation is expected as you will be representing the company in a corporate environment.

We offer a supportive network from our Operations Manager and Head Office Team, and a range of systems and procedures to ensure our teams focus on customers.

This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday roster, weekends off. We are seeking someone who can commit to a longer-term role with full-time availability and working rights in Australia.
