About the Role

You will ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and operational obligations while managing office and warehouse leasing portfolios.

Responsibilities
  • Establish frameworks for compliance, risk, and property management
  • Manage regulatory and licensing requirements
  • Oversee property matters, including leasing, negotiations, insurance, and vendor management
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across all levels
Requirements
  • 8–10+ years' experience in corporate services, compliance, governance, or operational risk
  • Proven expertise in managing regulatory and licensing obligations
  • Strong property management skills
  • High-level communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
