Job Overview

Leading Defence Project Managers are sought to spearhead the successful delivery of multidisciplinary design projects through the Estate Works Program within our Australian business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality EWP projects on time, within budget and to exacting standards in a Defence environment.
  • Drive collaboration across project teams and industry partners.
  • Proactively manage issues, drive decision making and lead resolution pathways.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks for Defence clients.
  • Manage technical and quality assurance activities relating to defence infrastructure.
  • Provide mentorship to staff seeking to develop knowledge and experience in delivery of major infrastructure projects.
  • Undertake overnight travel to project locations as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience leading project delivery in building services, infrastructure or civil sectors; Defence experience highly desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines advantageous.
  • Australian citizenship and ability to achieve a current baseline security clearance.
