About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication and coordination skills to join our fast-paced monitoring environment. As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing live monitoring, coordinating incident responses, and supporting on-ground security operations through advanced surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems in real-time to identify and respond to incidents promptly.
  • Liaise with on-ground security personnel to coordinate responses and ensure the safety of customers, staff, and assets.
  • Log and report all incidents, system faults, and operational activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine system checks to ensure functionality and address minor troubleshooting tasks.
  • Support the execution of emergency protocols including evacuation coordination and escalation procedures.
Requirements
  • A valid Safety and Security License.
  • A current First Aid Certificate.
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in all communications and operations.
