Job Summary

The role of Senior Content Creator is to craft engaging content for social media channels, including videos, posts, and stories. We're seeking a skilled professional with experience in creating short-form video content for another brand or agency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create captivating content that brings out the fun in dogs and our brand through creative storytelling
  • Collaborate with Copywriter and Designer to develop ideas, pitch them, and bring them to life
  • Become proficient in brainstorming / ideating video concepts in response to ongoing content calendar activities
  • Efficiently produce and edit new video creative for performance channels
  • Shoot and edit lo-fi videos for product launches, content campaigns, collaborations, and partnerships
  • Capture behind-the-scenes office content featuring good dogs and humans
  • Manage our content calendar for Instagram, creating a regular pipeline of relevant and engaging social media content
  • Produce interview-style videos or educational content with experts and dog lovers to share their stories and advice
  • Manage all video assets in our library
Requirements
  • A digital native who loves dogs, social media, and making videos
  • Experience in creating short-form video content for another brand or agency
  • A good handle on social media management (think IG or TikTok)
  • Ability to work autonomously and take an idea, run with it, and bring something to life creatively fairly autonomously
  • A team player, easy collaborator, open communicator, and genuinely nice person
  • Able to leave their ego at home and enjoy shaping the future of our content
  • Curious about what our audience is responding to and relaxed enough about your ideas to adapt them to feedback & data
