We are seeking a seasoned beauty professional to oversee daily counter operations and drive sales growth.

- Oversee counter operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining high standards.
- Provide expert beauty advice and personalized consultations to clients.
- Partner with Retail and Education Managers to develop strategic plans.
- Experience in beauty management with a strong understanding of luxury beauty.
- Demonstrated experience in makeup or skincare retail, with excellent customer service skills.
- Makeup certification or equivalent experience in professional makeovers.
- Ability to strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.
