**Beauty Counter Manager Role Overview**
This position involves overseeing the daily operations of a beauty counter, including staff scheduling management and developing long-term strategic initiatives with retail and education managers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the counter's operations to ensure that monthly sales targets and other business objectives are met.
- Lead the team to develop each potential beauty advisor and make-up artist.
- Provide high-quality beauty advice to customers and demonstrate product usage and knowledge.
- Maintain healthy stock inventory and updated merchandising in stores.
**Requirements for Success**
- At least 5 years of experience in managing beauty counters, preferably in a luxury brand.
- A passion for the latest make-up and cosmetic trends.
- Relevant experience in the make-up or skincare retail industry.
- Make-up certification or diploma is preferred but not essential.
