Job Title: Customer Service Representative

The Role encompasses a range of responsibilities including customer service and management, goods handling, stock and order management, sales and marketing, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.">
  • Goods Handling: Picking, packing, dispatching orders, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment to ensure efficient operations.">
  • Stock and Order Management: Monitoring stock levels, processing orders, and following up on overdue purchases to maintain optimal inventory levels.">
  • Sales and Marketing: Supporting the Sales Team's efforts by making follow-up phone calls and assisting with sales activities.">
  • General Administrative: Providing updates to the Executive and Sales Teams on sales and customer objectives, and maintaining accurate paperwork.">

  • Excellent Communication and People Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.">
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and automation products, with the ability to develop in-depth product expertise.">
  • Business Sense and Professional Manner: Demonstrating a high level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen in all interactions.">
  • Self-Starter with Ability to Work Unsupervised: Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.">
