We are seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Administrator – PARS (Portfolio Administration & Reporting Services) to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining high service standards, supporting tax reporting, and ensuring data integrity for external non-custody platform services clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management and Reporting: Reconstruct historical cost base data for CGT reporting, support tax reporting processes, and liaise with external providers to ensure accurate and timely report delivery.

  • Client Service and Support: Provide outstanding client service by managing product administration queries, processing client instructions, and resolving issues promptly, always maintaining a service excellence mindset.

  • Account Management: Process account closures, service fees, and ensure compliance with MDA monitoring and reporting requirements.

  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., Reconciliations and Corporate Actions) to ensure data integrity and seamless operations.

  • Risk Management and Compliance: Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations, proactively identify risks, and contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and systems.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in Portfolio administration or a similar role.

  • Proven ability to prioritise work and meet agreed deadlines.

  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word).

  • Experience with IPS/ Iress.

  • Basic understanding of Corporate Actions and their effect on cost bases.
