Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Phone answering and inbound calls
  • Supporting customer satisfaction through enquiry first time resolution where possible
  • Redirection of calls and messages to key staff members
  • Ensuring payment and feedback on all newly completed jobs
  • Greeting visitors to the office
  • Providing administrative assistance to internal staff
  • General filing and admin functions, including data entry
  • Stock control including ordering and receipting
  • Client customer satisfaction surveys
