Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Artist to join our team at MAC. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and delivering high-quality makeup services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized experience for all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales: Sell products and meet customer needs by utilizing your knowledge of our products and services.
  • Makeup Services: Perform paid makeup services once certified, ensuring consistency and quality.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in makeup, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Right to Work: Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country.
  • Retail Software: Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Technical Expertise: Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical makeup expertise.
  • Customer Service: Must be able to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
