About the Role

This part-time position offers a competitive remuneration package and excellent training opportunities to develop your skills in makeup artistry and retail sales. As a Lead Makeup Artist, you will:

  • Provide personalized, inspirational, and authentic customer service, educating customers on our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging in-store events and ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently high.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in makeup artistry, ideally with certification or previous experience in retail makeup.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be able to:

  • Demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, inspiring and educating customers about our products.
  • Work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Use retail point-of-sale software efficiently.
  • Meet the necessary qualifications and requirements outlined below.
Qualifications
  • A qualification in makeup artistry/previous retail makeup experience is preferred but not essential.
  • The ability to provide proof of right to live and work in Australia is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for certain roles.
