We are seeking a highly skilled and creative makeup artist to join our team as a Lead Retail Makeup Artist at Sydney International Airport.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for makeup artistry and customer service to work in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Lead Retail Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, leading the visual merchandising efforts of the store, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising displays and strategies
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of in-store events and promotions
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in makeup artistry with a strong understanding of beauty trends and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role an advantage
