Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead commissioning activities on high-voltage substations and renewable energy sites. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of power systems, substation operation, and grid-connected renewables.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage commissioning documentation, including plans, schedules, and testing reports.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement commissioning strategies.
  • Test substation equipment, including circuit breakers, current transformers, and power transformers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, including AEMO guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Advanced Diploma in Power Systems.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in commissioning/testing high-voltage infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of protection and control systems, substation operation, and grid-connected renewables.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
