Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering quality education that meets the needs of students undertaking field education components of study.
  • Mentoring students to enhance their professional development and academic performance.
  • Supporting students in understanding and responding to diverse needs and situations.
  • Fostering creativity in students through innovative teaching practices.

Essential Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of current trends in Social Work and training.
  • The ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • A keen awareness of issues impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and communities.
  • Full membership of the AASW with a minimum two years full-time post-qualifying practice experience.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

It would be beneficial if you have:

  • Technological literacy and experience in developing online communication tools.
  • Previous experience in online education.
