**Marketing Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Professional to join our team in a centre of excellence.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for maximizing financial performance by implementing innovative marketing campaigns both in-centre and online.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review, coordinate, and implement content via digital platforms, campaigns, events, and activations across the shopping centre.
  • Cultivate close relationships and work closely with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in delivering various initiatives across the business, engaging with local and national retailers.
  • Define and execute marketing and communication activities aligned with the marketing plan and shopping centre direction.
  • Manage the execution of all digital components with an integrated approach.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the shopping centre, its customers, trade area, strengths, and limitations.
  • Engage with retailers, relevant local groups, and committees.

  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Positive interpersonal skills to achieve optimal outcomes through effective collaboration with colleagues, retailers, contractors, customers, community, and industry contacts.
