
Clinical Skills Development Therapist

As a graduate occupational therapist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering therapeutic services to children and adults with physical, neurodiverse, and developmental disabilities. You will work closely with clients, their families, and other health professionals to develop clinical skills across various areas of practice.
Job Responsibilities- You will manage a caseload of clients requiring therapy services, providing timely and evidence-based interventions.
- You will have opportunities to attend internal professional development, followed by access to a generous external professional development budget relevant to your caseload and personal development goals.
- You will receive structured, evidence-based clinical supervision tailored to your needs and learning goals.
- You will provide therapy services in a variety of locations, including clinics, schools/preschools, in-home, group homes, via telehealth or at day programs.
- Genuine interest and commitment to the human services industry.
- An understanding of NDIS (desirable).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload in an efficient and effective manner.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working with children, young people, and adults with disability.
- An understanding of assessments and interventions within the scope of your practice.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to drive within the region.
- WWCC (NSW & VIC) & NDIS worker check.
- Current first aid and CPR certification.
