
Strategic Technology Leader for Global Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive the growth and expansion of our global services.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a technology-led go-to-market strategy that drives revenue growth across strategic clients.
This is a front-line revenue role requiring a visionary who combines deep technical knowledge with commercial savvy and consultative influence.
You will partner closely with practice leads to build and continuously improve solution offerings, enabling business development and supporting enterprise pursuit cycles.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and evolving differentiated solution offerings aligned with market demand and client transformation agendas
- Partnering with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth, solution qualification, and pursuit strategy
- Acting as a trusted technology advisor to CxOs of key accounts
- Championing continuous refinement of our solution portfolio in collaboration with practice leads
- Overseeing early solution design and proposal development to ensure technical and commercial win themes align with client needs and our delivery capabilities
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology services, with 5+ years in an executive consulting services role or national/regional CTO capacity.
A proven track record of directly influencing $25M+ in annual revenue through consultative sales and strategic solutioning is required.
Additional qualifications include strong executive presence, deep technical expertise across at least two areas such as Cloud Platforms, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Application Integration.
Experience building and leading pre-sales and/or solutioning teams in a high-growth services environment is also necessary.
Strong understanding of modern delivery models including agile, DevSecOps, managed services, and global delivery is expected.
Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technology trends into sellable, scalable service offerings is essential.
Prior experience collaborating with sales and marketing on demand generation campaigns and pipeline acceleration is required.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills are needed to represent our company at industry events and executive forums.
An entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward experimentation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration is a must.
Regular or periodic travel to meet and engage with clients and customers may be required.
