Greetings from EIL Global. We are a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across desktops, servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. We are looking for partners/engineers for onsite support services to assist our clients.

Mode: On call - Casual Basis

Adhoc/Dispatch Requirement

Responsibilities
  • Exp in handling desktop/network issues
  • Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
  • Install patches
  • Software and Hardware Break Fix
  • Well versed network engineer (Good to have CCNA or above certification)
  • Basics of Wifi
  • Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration
  • Install and administer MS Office
  • Business English with local language
Tools to Carry on Site
  • Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
  • Cisco Console cable (DB9 RJ-45 or USB RJ-45). If USB converter is used, ensure drivers are installed
  • Putty
  • TeamViewer
  • TFTP server
  • Screwdriver Set
  • Internet data card
  • Must have console cable for Cisco router and ability to console into devices
