ECommerce Specialist Job Description

As an ECommerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and maximizing conversion rates across all brands within the Just Group.

Reporting to the GM of eCommerce, this role works cross-functionally with product, stock, marketing, and web design teams to enhance product content, drive online sales, and improve the customer shopping experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing product catalogues to ensure accurate and up-to-date online content
  • Coordinating online promotions to maximize conversions and revenue
  • Analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and managing merchandising standards to drive conversion and improve the customer shopping experience
  • Identifying potential opportunities in product assortment based on knowledge of merchandise, sales, and customer behavior
  • Driving sales, conversion, and revenue by effectively merchandising products and helping customers navigate to the right products quickly and easily
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of the retail industry and relevant KPIs
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Previous experience in online or e-commerce
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
