As an Operations Manager - Food Service, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- You will lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of tasks and duties.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that drive success, aligning with business objectives and goals.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics efficiently.
- Directly oversee food preparation and quality control processes, guaranteeing compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Evaluate and improve existing procedures, implementing changes as necessary to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
To excel in this position, you will require:
- A degree in hospitality or business administration, preferably with a focus on operations management.
- At least three years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation and service principles.
- Proven ability to manage personnel effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
