Key Responsibilities
  • Develop meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Design and implement an innovative early learning program aligned with current early years thinking and practice.
  • Document and share with families children's learning and development progress.
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Rumpus Room Curriculum.
  • Participate in professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care is desirable.
  • Sound knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Knowledge about child protection.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
