About the Role

This role involves taking ownership of developing and delivering small product features that support wider initiative deliveries across our channels.

  • Lead a channels squad to develop and deliver feature capabilities within a specific value stream.
  • Work closely with business owners, engineering, and architecture leads to turn business outcomes into real solutions and ensure change is delivered effectively, safely, and in line with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced individual who can plan and manage sprint cycles to deliver multiple initiatives and small change activities simultaneously.

  • Owning and prioritizing the delivery backlog in line with agreed business and technology priorities.
  • Translating business outcomes into delivery requirements and solution designs, avoiding over-engineering while championing incremental, iterative delivery.
Required Skills

We are looking for someone with practical experience applying agile delivery frameworks and using associated tools.

  • SME understanding of the relevant channels platforms ecosystem.
  • Able to lead minor and support major platform releases, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deployment plans.
