Job Title: Digital Contact Centre Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to spearhead a high-volume digital contact centre. The successful candidate will champion customer service strategies, foster growth, and retain our membership base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a successful Team Leader with previous involvement in developing and upskilling team members. They should also have a rigid background in contact centre operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide a team of consultants in resolving member inquiries
  • Identify and address performance improvement opportunities, coaching the team to meet key indicators across the digital channels
  • Collaborate across functions to implement strategic digital initiatives, recommend innovative servicing solutions, and manage successful changes in digital services
