Global Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Customer Experience Manager to join our team at McCormick. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to lead our customer service and export management efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the team to ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery, collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, oversee consumer calls, provide staff training, and maintain the Customer Complaints database, coordinating with QA for quick resolutions.
- Manage export orders, including inspections, transport, and documentation, ensuring compliance with VECCI and government requirements.
- Prepare and deliver accurate reports and administrative requests to both external customers and internal stakeholders, escalating issues appropriately to achieve the best outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions, support CCI projects, and ensure the accuracy of Customer SAP Master Data.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a proactive and respectful culture, setting team objectives, and ensuring comprehensive training for all staff members.
- 3-5 years' experience in customer service and export management.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- A knack for identifying and implementing process improvements.
