About the Role

This role coordinates the smooth and efficient running of the General Manager and Clinical Manager by providing executive administration support daily, contributing to the success of organisational objectives.

  • Provide administrative support to senior management
  • Purchase supplies as required
  • Maintain strict confidentiality for all meetings and work
  • Manage diaries and appointments
  • Support accreditation processes
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including document control in cloud systems and archiving as needed
About You - Knowledge, Skills & Experience

You will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in delivering administrative services within a health or aged care setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic tools related to finance, maintenance, clinical care, and governance
  • Skills in writing, working with people, planning, organizing, adapting to change and responding to pressures

Additionally, you should demonstrate a commitment to a positive organisational culture and adherence to values such as respect, honesty and integrity. Current NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain one, valid driver's license are also essential.
