This role is a vital part of our Children's Services department.

You will be responsible for managing cases from referral through to assessment, child protection and court proceedings.

You will work with children, families and professionals to ensure effective safeguarding and support. This includes attending conferences, meetings and conducting home visits.

Your duties will involve undertaking assessments, developing plans and reviewing progress. You will also maintain accurate case records in line with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing cases from referral through to assessment
  • Working with children, families and multi-agency professionals
  • Conducting home visits, direct work with children and multi-agency meetings
  • Maintaining accurate case records
