Talent & Culture Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent & Culture Business Partner to join our team at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our people plan, driving business growth through increased operating performance, improved employee engagement, and developing people capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory services to the business, leveraging your strong knowledge of Human Resources and Industrial Relations principles, as well as your familiarity with employment law in Australia.
- Lead initiatives and foster collaboration among various departments to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support business transformation.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
- Ensure compliance with modern awards, including the Hospitality Industry Group Award (HIGA).
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a HR position.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
- Experience working with modern awards, ideally with the Hospitality Industry Group Award (HIGA).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in managing employee relation matters and conflict resolution.
- Advanced knowledge of employment law in Australia.
