Job Overview

A key member of our team will be responsible for shaping and qualifying bids to meet the needs of our customers in network, cybersecurity, and cloud domains.

This individual will play a crucial role in crafting proposals that articulate business benefits, solution approach, and competitive differentiators. They will engage with stakeholders to assess customer fit, Datacom's capability alignment, and strategic opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to the development of compelling bid responses.
  • Estimate, scope, and price professional and managed services ensuring proposals are commercially robust and aligned with customer value.
  • Present, discuss, and refine solutions with clients, translating complex technology into actionable business impact.
  • Champion new ways of working, leveraging AI and automation throughout the bid process to drive quality, speed, and improved outcomes.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and precision.
  • Experience in bid management, solution design, and qualification for network, cybersecurity, or cloud services.
  • Ability to estimate and price professional and managed services requirements, considering business outcomes, customer fit, and Datacom's capabilities.
  • Sound judgement in qualifying opportunities—evaluating customer needs, strategic fit, risks, and the potential for long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborative mindset, eager to work with diverse teams and partners, and foster an environment that encourages unique perspectives and innovation.
