About the Role

We seek an experienced Merchandise Manager to lead and support a team responsible for Automotive Specialist Product Categories.

Based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for effective management and strategic direction of the categories, ensuring continued growth and success.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive merchandise strategies that align with our overall business goals and customer value propositions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term planning and budgeting processes.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing merchandising team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and results.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, digital, and finance to align merchandise strategy with customer experience.
About You

You will have:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in merchandising or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale merchandise operations in a multi-location or omnichannel retail environment.
