Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure optimal API and complex implementations for smooth client onboarding and integration processes.
  • Support Sales Teams and clients throughout pre and post-sales cycles.
  • Manage client implementations across the entire lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Security teams to maintain highest standards.
  • Contribute to requirements gathering for enhancements and ensure clients leverage latest features.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years experience in technical roles.
  • Working knowledge of requirements documents, test cases, use cases, and reporting.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and time management expertise.
  • Experience with APIs (SOAP/XML/JSON), Postman, Jira.
  • Familiarity with host-to-host protocols like EBICS, SFTP.
  • Proficiency in Netsuite projects.
  • Ability to debug or review logs.
  • Business fluency in English; other languages are desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT MTXXX messaging, SEPA CAMT messaging.
  • Payments industry experience.
  • Understanding of Open Banking AISP/PISP.
