The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Access Services Educator to join our Communication and Inclusion Resource Centre (CIRC). The successful candidate will contribute to the development, planning, and execution of projects and activities across Access Services, including Disability Inclusion, Communication Access, and Accessible Information.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver training programs for schools, corporate, community, and Scope staff groups, focusing on Disability Inclusion, Communication Access, and Accessible Information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and requirements in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide timely feedback to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience in education and training, public speaking, and group facilitation within schools and adult learning environments.
- Desirable qualifications include Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and a teaching or allied health background.
- Experience working with people with disabilities, complex communication needs, and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) individuals is highly valued.
