
Water Infrastructure Development Specialist

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Water Advisory & Planning team in Victoria. Our 2-year graduate development program offers unique mentoring, technical support, and a global network.
You will be exposed to industry leaders, projects, and partnerships with Victorian metropolitan and regional water authorities. You will also have access to a flexible work environment, employee benefits, and support towards becoming a Chartered Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake various technical tasks such as data collection and analysis, hydraulic modelling, GIS/mapping, design drawings, engineering calculations, and reporting to support water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Participate in the planning phase of projects including feasibility studies, hydraulic capacity assessments, infrastructure augmentation optioneering, and long-term strategic planning for water and wastewater systems.
- Support the design of water infrastructure such as pipelines, tanks, pump stations, and treatment plants.
- A collaborative and diverse team environment.

- Currently in the final year of your degree or with 1-2 years of experience.
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Passion for learning and problem-solving.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good level of computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
