About this OpportunityThis role requires a strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices, with a focus on supporting a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- We manage employee data and administer the time and attendance system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Our team provides expert guidance on People matters, empowering leaders and employees to make informed decisions.
- We facilitate communication between employees and leaders, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns.
- Manage performance and misconduct investigations, coaching leaders to drive positive change.
- Develop and implement people and process improvement initiatives and projects, driving business results.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records and update HR systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, letters, data reporting, and other tasks across the employee lifecycle.
- Act as a Subject-Matter Expert for employees and escalate as appropriate, ensuring swift issue resolution.
- Deliver training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to employees, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
