This is a First Nations Identified Role, open only to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will work closely with Indigenous Australians, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable, ongoing employment.
  2. You will also build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
  3. Develop tailored plans for Indigenous Australians to create successful and culturally safe pathways for employment.
  4. Empower Indigenous Australians by positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers and participants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
  • You may require a current probationary or open Australian Drivers Licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Willing to complete a National Police check.
  • Willing to obtain a My ID (standard level).
  • Able to pass a Working with Children's check.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
