Procurement Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Specialist to drive our team's success.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great team, where no two days are the same. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and ensuring smooth invoicing, paperwork, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be an integral point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple jobs, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quickly resolve customer conflicts with effective solutions and suggest actions to improve sales and identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or project management.
  • A working knowledge of logistics or freight forwarding would be beneficial.
  • Expertise in MS Office and strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively, with a high level of self-discipline.
